Jagariko "mashed potatoes" (Does it actually work?)
I recently heard from a friend that if you add hot water to Calbee's Jagariko potato chips, it makes LEGITIMATE mashed potatoes! So of course I had to give it a try. Watch to see me make them AND try them! My final thoughts: simplest mashed potato recipe EVER. There's a ton of sodium though, so don't add any extra salt. Next time I think I will try to add a small cooked potato to see if that helps reduce the salty flavor (although that would no longer make it as simple..)
