Sous Vide: Mashed potatoes
Sous Vide: Mashed potatoes -Mashed potatoes made using my Anova Precision cooker sous vide style. -Cooked at 195° for 2hrs. Things I would do differntly: 1.Add more seasoning like garlic powder. 2.Add shredded cheese and bacon bits. 3.Cut into smaller pieces and spread out more to help the cooking process.
